We handle server management, updates, backups, SSL certificates, and technical maintenance for all hosted applications.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for all plans:
- No credit card required to start the trial
- Full access to all plan features during the trial period
- You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
- After the trial ends, you will be charged the regular monthly rate unless you cancel
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
- Plans start at $1/month for basic hosting
- Pricing varies based on the application and plan tier selected
- Annual billing discounts up to 20% are available
- All prices are in USD
5.2 Payment Terms
- Payments are processed monthly or annually based on your selected billing cycle
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as available
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee:
- Valid for new customers only (first payment)
- Request must be made within 48 hours of initial payment
- Does not apply to annual plans after 48 hours
- Add-on services and domain registrations are non-refundable

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Phishing, spam, or unsolicited mass communications
- Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
- Adult content, gambling, or activities prohibited by payment processors
- Cryptocurrency mining or resource-intensive activities not approved in advance
- Actions that compromise the security or performance of our infrastructure
9. Data and Backups
- We perform daily automated backups of all hosted applications
- Backups are retained for 7-30 days depending on your plan
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies
- We are not liable for data loss, though we make commercially reasonable efforts to prevent it
10. Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to your content and data
- You grant us the right to host and process your content as necessary to provide services
- OpenHosst's branding, website, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property
11. Service Modifications and Termination
11.1 By OpenHosst
- We may modify features, pricing, or discontinue services with 30 days' notice
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- We may terminate services for non-payment after reasonable notice
11.2 By Customer
- You may cancel your service at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months (except during the money-back guarantee period)
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- OpenHosst is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenHosst from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
