3. Cancellations
3.1 How to Cancel

3.2 Cancellation Terms
- Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months except during the 7-day guarantee period

- Data Retention: Your data will be deleted 30 days after service termination
4. Annual Plans
4.1 Annual Plan Refunds
- 48-hour money-back guarantee applies to annual plans
- After 48 hours, annual plans are non-refundable
- If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, service continues until the end of the paid period
- No prorated refunds for early cancellation after the 48-hour window

5. Downgrading Plans

We may issue service credits in the following situations:

6.2 Credit Terms
- Credits are applied to your next invoice
- Credits do not extend beyond 12 months
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Credits cannot be combined with refund requests
7. Payment Failures and Service Suspension
- Grace Period: 3 days after payment failure before service suspension
- Suspension: Your applications will be paused but data remains intact
- Reactivation: Update payment method to restore service immediately
- Account Deletion: Accounts with failed payments for 30+ days may be permanently deleted
- No Refunds: Payments that fail are not eligible for refunds once the service resumes

Important Notice: Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through our support team may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban from OpenHosst services
- Legal action to recover fees and damages
